She understands what it is, but it's still considered a game, becuase to her it's just play, she hasn't developed an emotional attachment to it, but she does understand why we do it. That the love and connection is there, and it's the only true real way to bond at a deeper level, Not that you can't otherwise, but that, to give this to a person, is to give yourself entirely to them. But no, she doesn't understand fully, and when she says she no longer wishes to, it stops, it's always her choice, but until she can make one, it's her mothers choice. That said, she enjoys it, it feels good for her, as well as I, and that's all we're really focusing on right now. Sex doesn't always have to be love, but when it's there, it's even more special, She at least knows that much.
